– Source, qualify, and develop new suppliers via thorough research, analysis, and communication, ensuring alignment with Company standards.~ – Support the development of target costs to verify and validate new sources.~ – Effectively negotiate and manage relationships with potential and existing vendors.~ – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing needs and ensure alignment on possible solutions.~ – Understand supply chain processes and sourcing methods, while developing new techniques in accordance with team members and management.~ – Perform all other related duties as required.
