6+ years of technical development experience, including in a Team Lead or Senior Developer role – with progressively increasing levels of scope and responsibility~ Extensive past experience and knowledge of back-end languages – in particular, Ruby on Rails~ Extensive past experience and knowledge of front-end languages – in particular, Javascript & Javascript based frameworks and libraries~ Ability to contribute towards the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise eCommerce applications~ Experience with cloud-based and dedicated architectures~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – and a team leader’s mindset~ Willingness to contribute as both a team lead and an individual contributor
